Since opening our doors for business in 2008, we have become one of Exeter’s leading independent estate agents.
The journey so far
It all began in 2008 from the dining table in Exeter. From years of working as an estate agent in the area, Naomi and her partner Rob were determined to create an independent estate agency focusing on service and ethical standards. Not just target driven.
So, we took it to the next level and moved into our first office in Southernhay where we employed our first member of staff. Now, we’re award-winning, BBC Spotlight featured and more ambitious every year. In 2021 we were grateful to be crowned Gold Winner Estate Agent in Exeter in the British Property Awards. This was such a milestone for our agency and gave us the opportunity to showcase what we’re all about.
You see, it’s human to human with us. We understand that with all the information available, it can be tricky to know what the right steps are when buying, selling or letting. That’s why you can trust us to keep you in the loop in a clear and simple way (with a bit of enthusiasm sprinkled in).
