Our Award-Winning Story
Since opening our doors for business in 2008, we have become one of Exeter’s leading independent estate agents.
The journey so far
It all began in 2008 from the dining table in Exeter. From years of working as an estate agent in the area, Naomi and her partner Rob were determined to create an independent estate agency focusing on service and ethical standards. Not just target driven.
So, we took it to the next level and moved into our first office in Southernhay where we employed our first member of staff. Now, we’re award-winning, BBC Spotlight featured and more ambitious every year. We are grateful to have been crowned the Gold Winner Estate Agent in Exeter in the British Property Awards. This is the fourth year in a row we have won this accolade, from 2021 to 2024, and marks a huge milestone for our agency, giving us the opportunity to showcase what we’re all about.
You see, it’s human to human with us. We understand that with all the information available, it can be tricky to know what the right steps are when buying, selling or letting. That’s why you can trust us to keep you in the loop in a clear and simple way (with a bit of enthusiasm sprinkled in).
Being able to offer our clients a completely bespoke service is our thing. Our local reputation shows that we’ll never compromise when it comes to service, advice and excellence. If you have a property that needs some NJR (Not Just Regular) insight, let us know.
Naomi’s belief
In this highly competitive market, selecting an agent based on low fees alone should not be your only consideration. It’s all about the work behind the scenes and with a fun and focused team, we can put your house in the best light.
I work in the office daily and absolutely know the service that my team and I provide is second to none. We all value the positive feedback and testimonials received from satisfied clients. That’s why a lot of our new enquiries come from recommendations and referrals.
With the right people and the right experience, selling or letting your home won’t be a nightmare and everyone at Naomi J Ryan has your best interests in the spotlight.
