If you’re already settled in one of our rented properties and you need an extra hand, take a peek at all our tenant information, from maintenance to emergencies.
Have an emergency?
Whilst we appreciate that some maintenance issues are inconvenient, there are some issues that would be considered an emergency.
We do not operate an emergency out of hours service for maintenance. Should you have an electrical or heating emergency that cannot wait until the office is open, please contact your own contractor to attend the property and carry out any emergency repairs. The bill can then be forwarded to us for payment or reimbursement. If the invoice highlights that the repair was not an emergency then we will not pay the invoice.
If you smell gas, think you have a gas leak, or are worried that fumes containing carbon monoxide are escaping from a gas appliance, please call the free Gas Emergency Services emergency line immediately on 0800 111 999. You must open all doors and windows to ventilate the property as soon as possible.
We ask that as tenants, where possible and without endangering yourself, you should try to minimise any damage that is caused to try and prevent further damage from happening.
For help and advice, call our lettings department on 01392 215283 (option 2).
